Schottische for beginners
Come and dance around on the schottische floor and find your way into one of the best dances at the festival. No previous knowledge required! Welcome!
The course will be based on and adapted to current restrictions and the spread of infection. This can involve activities such as dancing with the same partner throughout the course or dancing solo.
The leader is Henrike Wesp, a folk dance educator trained at the Eric Sahlström Institute and the School of Dance and Circus in Stockholm. Daniel Pettersson will play the key harp to dance to during the workshop.
The workshop is arranged in collaboration with the adult education organization, Bilda. Registration opens at 9 a.m. on Monday, February 14th via Bilda's website.
